We at MFC Global Ltd. (“MFC -Male Fertility Center”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respect your privacy. Open Positions. You may apply for career opportunities at MFC Global through the Website. The CV you submit will typically include your personal information. We refer to this entire data as “CV Information”.

eShop. When you shop for products on our Website, we collect information such as your name, email, shipping and billing address and information about the products your order. We refer to this entire data as “eShop Information”.

You do not have a legal duty to provide any of the above information. However, you will not be able to submit an inquiry, an application for an open position or shop on our Website without providing the required information.

We also collect analytics information about your use of the Website and your interaction with our email messages.

When you visit our Website, we will record and collect certain information in relation to your visit and use of the Website and your interaction with our email messages, including: IP address (and the general location corresponding to the address), time and date of access, type of browser used, language use, links clicked and the web pages you accessed. We refer to this data as “Analytics Information”.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA

To respond to your inquiry        

We will use your Inquiry Information to contact you about your inquiry and handle your inquiry.

To consider your application for an open position

We will use your CV Information to review your candidacy, consider you for the open position (or other relevant open positions we may have), and update you as to the status of your candidacy. However, submitting your candidacy for an open position does not obligate MFC -Male Fertility Center to review your candidacy, consider you for an open position or update you as to the status of your candidacy.

We will use your eShop Information to fulfill your eShop order and for related business administration purposes. 

We will use your eShop Information to process your online order, bill you for the purchase price and applicable fees and fulfill and ship your order. We will also use your eShop Information for financial recordkeeping purposes, product purchase tracking and administration, to understand the market in which MFC -Male Fertility Center operates in, for inventory management and for managerial reporting and business planning.

Subject to your consent, we will use your Inquiry Information for profiled marketing purposes.

Subject to your consent, we will use your Inquiry Information in a profiled manner to contact you occasionally, either by MFC – Male Fertility Center or by a representative on its behalf, including by sending e-mails with information related to MFC -Male Fertility Center products and services (“Promotional Communications”).

We will possibly send you marketing communications for products and services similar to those you’ve purchased, unless you opt out. We may also do so where applicable law makes this permissible.  

If we obtain your eShop Information in the course of your purchase of an MFC – Fertility Center product or service, and give you a simple opportunity to refuse or opt out of marketing communications, then so long as you have not opted-out, MFC -Fertility Center will possibly send you Promotional Communications, based on your profiled eShop Information. The same applies where applicable law permits us to send you marketing emails to an email address belonging to a company, or to an email address belonging to a contact person whose position relates to the substance of the marketing email.

We also use the Analytical Information to adapt the Website, its content, and services and our email communications, to users’ preferences. Finally, we will use the Analytics Information to understand the market in which MFC – Male Fertility Center operates in and for managerial reporting and business planning.
